Aging Gracefully. Introduction. Aging is a natural and inevitable process, but it is frequently greeted with resistance, fear, or denial. Most individuals equate aging with physical deterioration, loss of autonomy, and restrictions. But aging gracefully is not a matter of evading the process but accepting it with wisdom, resilience, and a positive attitude.
