My Self Care Journey.

As I started making self care a priority, I was amazed at how much it impacted all aspects of my life from concentration and sleep to relationships and self esteem. Small things such as journaling, taking screen breaks, and having regular sleep changed my mindset. I used to feel guilty taking time for myself. Now, I consider it the foundation. You can not pour from an empty cup.
